What counts towards a target?

You choose the revenue basis: quotations, sales orders or tax invoices. Most teams track against invoices for an accurate picture.

Can each rep have a different target?

Yes. Set an individual monthly target per rep as well as one for the whole team, and change them during the month if needed.

Do reps have to enter their own numbers?

No. Progress is calculated from the quotations, orders and invoices already in Lead Opal, so there is nothing to submit.

Is there a leaderboard?

Yes. A shared leaderboard shows where each rep stands against their target, with access controlled by role.

Can I see if we are on pace mid-month?

Yes. The pace indicator compares actual progress to where you should be by today, so a slow start is visible early.

What time period do targets use?

Targets are monthly and reset each month. History is kept so you can compare month over month.
