Why we built Lead Opal
Indian SMBs sell across half a dozen marketplaces at once. The enquiries land in six different inboxes, get copied into a spreadsheet if there is time, and go cold before anyone follows up. Lead Opal exists to close that gap.
The problem
A manufacturer or trader in India might take enquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, JustDial and Alibaba, plus Facebook and Google Ads, and still field calls and emails directly. Each channel has its own login and its own format. Leads are missed, follow-up is inconsistent, and there is no single view of what is actually in the pipeline.
What Lead Opal does
Every enquiry from every connected marketplace flows into one pipeline, de-duplicated on the way in. From there, follow-up runs automatically over WhatsApp, email and SMS on a schedule you design, and GST-ready quotations are generated without leaving the tool.
Built for India
GST is computed per line item, with CGST and SGST or IGST determined automatically from the buyer and seller state. SMS goes through TRAI DLT-registered templates. WhatsApp campaigns use the Meta Cloud API and reflect per-message pricing. GSTIN entries are checksum-validated. These are not add-ons — they are how the product works by default.
Where your data lives
Lead Opal runs on Amazon Web Services in the Asia Pacific (Singapore) region. Each tenant's data is isolated at the database level, and encrypted backups are taken daily.
